There is a lot going on this week so please look through this whole update.

Performance time for November 11

We will be singing at 11:00 for Veteran’s Day. Here are the details:

• Location: The sing-out will be at theFreedom Foundation, 4001 Center Point Rd NE, Cedar Rapids
• Report Time: 10:30 A.M.
• Attire: Red shirt, white tie, black pants, black shoes
• Singing: Star Spangled Banner, Armed Forces Medley

Rehearsal Plan for Tuesday

• Location:  St Paul’s United Methodist Church
• Time: 6:30 (normal rehearsal time)
• Attire: What you would wear to a rehearsal
• Plan: Run concert songs, and work on the ones Chad wants. Quit early.

Plan for Friday’s Concert

• Arrive between 5:45 and 6:00, dressed
• Be on-stage at 6:00
• Rehearse on-stage until 6:15
• If needed, Chad will have quick fixes in the choir room
• Attire: Red shirt, white tie, black pants, black shoes
• Doors open at 6:30
• Concert starts at 7:00

Guest Night

• November 18
• Normal rehearsal time
• Invite people!!
• We will have a few special activities during the night

• November 14 – Best of Cedar Rapids Gospel Concert, 7 p.m.
• November 17 – Board Meeting. Time and location to be determined
• November 18 – Guest Night

• April 18, 2026 (Saturday) – Spring Show 3 p.m.
